Site Survey
SITAF experience proved that, even if provided with the best quality construction drawings, no one should ever start a project without carrying out a detailed site survey.
A fully equipped Crew has to drive along the proposed cable route, and stake it out with steel/wooden markers placed at a minimum distance of 100 meters, each of them clearly indicating the km marking.
Information about existing underground and above ground utilities are then gathered together by the Project Manager.
The Site Supervisor verifies the presence of such utilities with the help of cable and metal detectors, directly on site.
All the informations are finally transferred to the construction drawings, and an updated copy is immediately forwarded to the Client before commencing the work.
