Trenching in Rock
Cable laying by Mole Plough Machine is applicable in open areas, not obstructed by buildings, plants or other utilities. An additional condition is the quality of soil encountered during the work.
While in sand dunes or normal soil the ploughing operation can proceed smoothly, in rocky areas the trench must be prepared in advance: jackhammers have to break the rock and the excavated material must be removed from the trench, which is then filled with suitable soil (free of stones) or pure sand,easily available in desert areas.
