Prince Saad was born in 27/05/1961 in Arar city which is located in the Northern part of K.S.A and because his father Prince Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz Bin Musaed Al Saud is the Governor of the entire north region in the K.S.A so Prince Saad raised in that part of KSA.
Prince Saad Graduated in 1985 from King Fahd Security Collage and in 1996 got his Masters Degree in ((Strategic Security)).Prince Saad did PHD in (Management of Regional and District of K.S.A) from Reading University in the United Kingdom in 2005.
In 2006 price Saad made his early Retirement from Military and become the Chairman of SITAF Saudia Co. Ltd until this moment.
SITAF SAUDIA Co. was established in 1976 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This division began their activities as early as 1976. They introduced PU System that provided water proofing and heat insulation simultaneously. SITAF is pioneer in this field.

SITAF has been a specialist contractor within the field of Long Distance Optical Fiber Cable installations in the Middle East since 1987, meeting demanding schedules while considering the inherent problems associated with long haul cable installation over hostile desert regions of the Middle East, It is with this experience and professionalism that SITAF have successfully completed the installation of more than 21’000 km’s of Optical Fiber Cables and associated Civil Works in the Gulf Countries during the past 21 years. SITAF has been very active in construction of GSM sites during the TEP-6 Project here in the Kingdom. Not only that but also upgrading of Ministry of Defense & Aviation (MODA) networks by constructing repeater sites and supplying passive and active cooling shelters for telecom equipment through-out the kingdom.
It is worth mentioning that SITAF completed Howtah – PS#3 and Riyadh – Qaseem Pipeline Communication Projects for Saudi Aramco without any delays and to the highest standards Saudi Aramco demands.
Construction of several Microwave Tower sites for Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) and Royal Saudi Navel Forces is also worth mentioning. SITAF has built a reputation that is rivaled by few for the Project Management and Systems Integration of Optical Fiber based communications networks for the Ministry Of Defense & Aviation. The GCC Hotline Communication Network in all GCC Countries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, U.A.E & Oman) an approximate length of 1,800 kilometers and within a period of just fourteen (14) months. SITAF has successfully completed all projects on time, within budget and highest standards. SITAF is capable of executing such projects because of its technical knowhow and very skilled project execution teams. Of vital importance to the success of SITAF is its commitment to implement the latest technology and latest construction equipment in the projects. This allows SITAF to complete the projects on time.
